Return & Refund Policy

Beautlin Return & Refund Policy 

We want you to be completely happy with your Beautlin purchase. 
However, due to the intimate nature of beauty products, we have a strict 
policy for the health and safety of all our customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges Overview 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for: 
    • Opened, used, or swatched products. For health, safety, and 
      hygiene reasons, any product that has been unsealed or used 
      cannot be returned or exchanged. 
    • Products damaged by the customer. 
    • Final sale items (e.g., products purchased during a major sale 
      or clearance event). 
  •  What we can accept: 
    • We accept returns and exchanges for unopened, unused, and 
      resellable items in their original packaging within 14 days of 
      the delivery date. 
    • We will accept a return and issue a refund for any product that 
      is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  1. Email us at [contact@beautlin.com] with your order number and the items you wish to return. 
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization 
    (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship the package. 
  3. Do not ship your return without an RMA number. Returns 
    received without an RMA may not be processed.

3. Refunds 

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you 
    an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, 
    and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of 
    payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Deductions: 
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We 
      Recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot 
      guarantee receipt of your return.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 
    10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card 
    company first, as there is often a processing delay. Then contact us.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if you receive a 
damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of 
delivery at [contact@beautlin.com] with your order number and photos of 
the product and its packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a 
full refund, including shipping costs. 

5. Exchanges 

We can only exchange an item for the same product if it is unopened and in 
its original condition. If you need a different item, we recommend returning 
the unopened item for a refund and placing a new order.

6. Return Shipping Address 

Please ship your return to the address provided in your RMA instructions. 
Do not send returns to our primary business address, as this may delay 
processing.
