Beautlin Shipping Policy 

 

We want to get your beautiful products to you as quickly and reliably as 
possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our 
shipping process.

1. Processing Time 

  • What it is: Processing time is the period between when you place 
    your order and when we pack it and hand it off to the shipping 
    carrier. This does not include transit time.
  • Our Commitment: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days 
     (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order 
    confirmation. 
  • Delays: During peak seasons (like holidays) or major sales events, 
    processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. If a 
    significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship exclusively from many warehouses, including Asia and Europe 

ensuring that every customer receives our products with care and efficiency..

3. Order Tracking 

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping 
confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track 
Your package. 

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. 

4. Shipping Address 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not 
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address 
provided by you.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. If it 
has already shipped; we cannot make changes. 

5. Undeliverable Packages 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, 
failure to pick up from the post office, etc.), we will contact you to arrange 
re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping the order. 

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Future International 
Shipping)

For international orders, any customs, import duties, or taxes are the 
responsibility of the customer. Beautlin has no control over these charges and 
cannot predict what they may be. 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages 

We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive safely. 
However, if your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse 
the delivery or note the damage with the carrier immediately. 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but 
You have not received it. Please first check with your neighbors and your 
local post office. 

We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged due to carrier 
handling. All claims for lost or damaged packages must be handled 
through the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in this process.
